Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so by clicking at the
cancel link you will find in your confirmation email. The details below are
maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as
often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no
show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from the credit
card.
Bookings for 1 - 3 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: 20 EUR (admin fee)
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for 4 - 7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: 20 EUR (admin fee)
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole
stay
Bookings for more than 7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: 20 EUR (admin fee)
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge
Bookings for 1 month and more
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: 20 EUR (admin fee)
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge
Cancellation 5 to 0 days before the arrival: 14 nights charge
Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after
a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies
Especially for shorter bookings (1 - 5 nights) or in absolute necessity,
we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better
unit for the same or smaller price.
RESERVATIONS OF 3 APARTMENTS / NEW YEAR CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept cancellations of reservations a month before your reservation
charging an administration fee of EUR 20 for each apartment booked. If you
cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, we charge 30% of the total
amount, therefore we need a 30% prepayment of the total amount, which can
be made either by bank transfer or by charging the credit card.
